This is a unique vintage gothic style Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl solitaire ring.

The pearl is 7.50mm round. It has great luster with bright rosy overtones and is a white/cream color. 

It is set with silver claw prongs with a buttercup style setting. It is not stamped but solid sterling silver. US size 5. Japan 1920's-1940's.

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned. Some tarnish and patina on metal.
