All sections of the outer cup & lid have been polished to a high shine, with the internal bowl showing through sateen when the lid is lifted. The Cup is assembled to a solid mahogany plinth with a top cap and silver plated plinth band. The cup is made from copper and brass and has been silver plated in Great Britain to the highest standard.
